We are a team of MMA Cage Fighters from all over the Midlands UK. We are coached by Professional MMA Cage Fighter James Whiston, James teaches a mixture of Martial Arts which envolves Boxing, Freestyle olympic Wrestling, Brazilian Ju-Jitsu and Thai Boxing. Most of us have only been training for 4-8 months while others have done it longer. A few of us have had a few amatuer fights ourself with some winning results. James teaches at a few academies over the midlands, 2 in Birmingham and 1 in Redditch.
